Job summary

Team Car Care East, LLC is seeking a Crew Chief in East Meadow, NY to lead the service team, ensure a top-notch guest experience, and help grow revenue through coaching and customer focus.

You will work with the General Manager to supervise technicians and CSAs, manage daily operations, inventory, and safety, and mentor staff through our internal training program and daily team huddles.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate diverse teams.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings.
• Coach and develop technicians and CSAs.
• Assist GM with budgeting, forecasts and expense control.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness per guidelines.
• Handle guest questions and issue resolution.
• Oversee inventory and product orders.
