Craig and Landreth Cars - St. Matthews is seeking an experienced Service Center Foreman to join our automotive team.

This full-time role manages the service technicians and oversees daily repair, diagnostics, and maintenance of vehicles, with a focus on leadership and customer service. The successful candidate will read shop manuals, diagnose repairs, plan scheduling, provide cost estimates, and develop strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an automotive service technician
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret shop manuals and technical publications
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Leadership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of automotive technicians
• Oversee service and repair orders
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of repair equipment
• Develop relationships with customers
• Provide cost estimates and customer service duties
• Perform quality checks on repairs and diagnose additional service and repair needs
• Implement strategies to meet service department goals
