This full-time role manages the service technicians and oversees daily repair, diagnostics, and maintenance of vehicles, with a focus on leadership and customer service. The successful candidate will read shop manuals, diagnose repairs, plan scheduling, provide cost estimates, and develop strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an automotive service technician
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read and interpret shop manuals and technical publications
• Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Leadership and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Craig and Landreth Cars - St. Matthews is seeking an experienced Service Center Foreman to join our automotive team. This full-time, hire position is responsible for managing the service technicians and overseeing the daily repair, diagnostics, and maintenance of vehicles. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and customer service skills and a strong knowledge of automotive systems and be able to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and colleagues. This role will help current techs diagnose and repair in service vehicles.
