Jiffy Lube International in Burlington, NJ is seeking a Crew Chief to join our management team. You will lead the crew, work with the GM to deliver top-notch service, and drive sales while maintaining safety and quality.

The role trains staff for various shop tasks, develops teammates through coaching, and ensures daily operations run smoothly, including inventory, cash handling, and guest satisfaction. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to advance within the company.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leader that inspires and motivates diverse groups.
• Strong business sense and understanding of the retail industry.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and operation manuals.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead with the GM to guide the crew and boost sales.
• Coach and mentor teammates through internal training.
• Ensure safety, inventory, and cash handling processes.
• Run daily team huddles and store meetings.
