You will lead customer interactions, guide service delivery, and help with scheduling, payroll, and inventory control while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers and employees.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a retail automotive center or similar business is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team and manage daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a professional manner and explain Grease Monkey services and pricing.
• Supervise center staff and ensure efficient operations in the manager's absence.
• Review service orders at checkout, explain services performed, and remind customers of programs.
• Schedule employees, manage payroll, and maintain accurate employee records.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
