Job summary

Ralph Sellers Automotive Group is seeking a Service Cashier, full-time or part-time, to greet customers and manage payments with a friendly, professional approach. You will handle cash, checks, and card receipts for sales, parts, and service, while assisting callers and visitors in a courteous manner.

The role offers training, opportunities for advancement, and a benefits package. Evening and Saturday availability is required to support showroom operations and after-hours coverage.

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist or cashier experience preferred (automotive experience a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
• Evenings and Saturday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Present a welcoming environment by keeping a clean and organized receptionist/cashier area.
• Greet showroom visitors and refer them to the appropriate person.
• Answer/transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner to appropriate person/department.
• Responsible for handling and balancing cash drawer daily.
• Process cash, check and credit card receipts for sales, parts and service departments.
• Filing and scanning.
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Maintain office supply inventories by checking and placing orders.
• Other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
