Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor in business attire.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Minimum of one year of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Availability for Monday–Saturday daytime schedule.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately, ensure proper authorization, and record all transactions in daily reports.
• Greet customers and handle incoming calls with professionalism.
• Review and adjust service appointments; complete daily call activities as needed.
• Address customer questions and concerns using the dealership CRM, phone, text, and email.
• Document and track customer issues through resolution, escalating to management when appropriate.
• Conduct follow-up calls to support a positive Nissan customer experience.
• Collaborate with service and sales teams to resolve customer needs efficiently.
• Build trust with customers by proactively identifying and supporting their service needs.
• Maintain familiarity with Nissan customer satisfaction standards
