Job summary

ONEIDA ANY AM, LLC in Oneida, NY is seeking a full-time Auto Service Advisor/Writer for a Ford dealership. You will educate customers on repair and maintenance needs to keep vehicles safe on the road, and you may work some Saturdays.

Auto service experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include guiding shop staff, analyzing service needs, and communicating effectively with customers while promoting the Nye Auto Group brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Advisor dealership experience is REQUIRED.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Must have a valid and clean Driver’s License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

SERVICE ADVISOR - SERVICE WRITER FOR FORD DEALERSHIP

Our Service Advisors are responsible for educating customers of the repair or maintenance needs of the vehicle to ensure the vehicle remains safe while on the road. He/she would also educate the customers of their vehicles scheduled maintenance given by the manufacturer.

Auto Service experience preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Workdays: Monday through Friday and some Saturdays

Work Location: In-person

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through the direction of the shop staff in the performance of quality vehicle repair and maintenance services.
• Help promote the NYE name and services
• Analyze vehicle service needs
• Effectively communicate those needs to customers
• Must have a good personality and enjoy working with people
• Must have a positive attitude

Requirements

• 3+ years of Service Advisor Auto Dealership experience is REQUIRED
• Must have a clean and valid Driver’s License
• Must be able to work some Saturdays
