NYE Ford in Oneida, NY is seeking an Auto Service Advisor/Service Writer for our Ford dealership. You will educate customers on repair and maintenance needs and clearly communicate service findings to ensure vehicles stay safe and reliable.

This full-time, in-person role offers a competitive compensation plan with benefits, with weekday hours and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Service Advisor Auto Dealership experience is REQUIRED.
• Must have a clean and valid Driver’s License.
• Must be able to work some Saturdays.

SERVICE ADVISOR - SERVICE WRITER FOR FORD DEALERSHIP

Our Service Advisors are responsible for educating customers of the repair or maintenance needs of the vehicle to ensure the vehicle remains safe while on the road. He/she would also educate the customers of their vehicles scheduled maintenance given by the manufacturer.

Auto Service experience preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Workdays: Monday through Friday and some Saturdays

Work Location: In-person

• Manufacturer Training – will need to complete on the job and within the timeline given
