Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of automotive service advising experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong understanding of automotive repair, maintenance and parts/labor estimating.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple repair orders and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and document vehicle service needs and repair orders.
• Explain findings, recommended repairs and estimates clearly.
• Prepare accurate parts and labor estimates to aid informed decisions.
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with technicians.
• Provide status updates and respond to inquiries by phone, text and email.
• Order parts, assist with warranty claims, upload photos and docs.
• Follow up on recommended services and approvals.
• Assist customers with transportation when needed.
