Qualifications

• General knowledge and ability to perform relatively simple work.

Responsibilities

• Drain fluids and remove parts from vehicles in outdoor yard prep.
• Remove fluids, lubricants and components as required in a safe manner.
• Remove vehicle parts from salvage cars (quarter panels, doors, hoods, axles, suspension).
• Set vehicles in the yard and record information accurately and promptly.
• May operate a forklift or loader to move vehicles as needed.
• Clean debris from vehicles before processing area; dismantle tires.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment; comply with EPA/OSHA regs.
• Initiate and support continuous improvement of quality processes.
