Job summary

Nashville Toyota North is seeking an Auto Sales – Product Specialist to connect with customers, understand needs, and match them with the right vehicle. You’ll guide through features, test drives, and help customers make informed decisions.

You will handle paperwork with precision, hand off to the finance team, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with models and features.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Genuine attitude, desire, work ethic and high level of competency.
• Ability to work retail hours (up to 10–12 hours a day).
• Ability to attend all scheduled training sessions.

YOUR DAY

As an Auto Sales – Product Specialist, you’re constantly engaged-connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right vehicle. You welcome each guest warmly, listen closely to what they’re looking for, and confidently guide them through features, options, and performance capabilities. You offer test drives that help them feel the excitement behind the wheel and make informed decisions. Once they’re ready to move forward, you handle the paperwork with precision and professio nalism before handing it off to the finance team. Beyond the sales floor, you participate in regular training sessions to refine your skills, set personal goals, and stay current with new models and features.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Valid driver’s license
• Possess a genuine attitude, desire, work ethic, and a high level of competency
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work retail hours (sometimes up to 10-12 hours a day)
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods
