Qualifications

• Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Automotive sales experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person.
• Professional appearance and a team-player mindset.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Vaden Automotive: greet customers with enthusiasm and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
• Conduct test drives and highlight features, benefits, and value.
• Present pricing, financing options, and incentives clearly and confidently.
• Build relationships and turn first-time buyers into lifelong customers and referral partners.
• Reach out to prospective leads, follow up on inquiries, and stay engaged with your pipeline.
• Deliver an exceptional experience that ensures every customer leaves feeling excited and valued.
