Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sales or Customer Service Experience.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers who enter the dealership and helping them select a vehicle.
• Provide timely follow up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance, options and benefits; determine vehicle needs.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customer understands features, warranty and paperwork.
• Keep abreast of inventory, features, accessories, and benefits for customers.
• Introduce customers to service department to highlight service quality and maintenance.
