Job summary

Quirk Auto Group of Maine in Portland, ME is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Quirk Chevrolet Portland team. You will provide customers with product information and deliver excellent service to ensure a positive buying experience across Chevrolet, Fiat/Alfa, and over 600 used vehicles statewide.

The role offers uncapped earning potential with an average around $85,000 per year, paid time off, training, 401(k), health/dental/life/disability insurance, and advancement

Qualifications

• Experience in goal-driven environments, high-ticket retail, or commission-based roles.
• Ability to build rapport and overcome objections.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person-to-person – maintain a prospect development system.
• Work with our CRM system to manage your sales pipeline, convert internet leads, and maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• Forecast goals with the Sales Manager at the beginning of each month.
• Understand the dealership's inventory on a daily basis.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions as scheduled.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
