Spitzer Autoworld in Euclid, OH is seeking a friendly, customer-focused sales associate to join our award-winning team at Spitzer Honda Euclid. You will be introduced to our value price sales process and help customers find vehicles that meet their needs, while training and advancing within a large, privately held automotive group.

Qualifications

• Outgoing and friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Professional, ethical, and respectful.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through.
• Proficient computer skills including email.
• High School degree.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Introduces customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements
• Facilitates interview, at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives
• Presents vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests
• Offers customer involvement in trade-in evaluation, presents financial proposition, satisfies customer concerns and asks for the order
• Conducts Spitzer delivery process and follows up in prescribed manner with customers. Follows up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty
• Other related duties as assigned
