Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles and meet dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork to customers.
• Establish personal income goals and devise a strategy to meet those goals.
• Maintain a prospect development system and an owner follow-up system.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings offered by the dealership and manufacturer.
