Jarrett Scott Ford in Plant City is hiring 2 experienced Automotive Sales Professionals to join our winning team. If you’re driven, customer-focused, and looking for a dealership that provides the inventory, traffic, and compensation to maximize your earnings, we want to talk to you.

We offer a strong pay plan with up to 35% front-end commission, 5% back-end commission, and weekly commission payouts. Minimum commission of $200 plus 5% back-end.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college coursework desired.
• Proven sales performance in any industry acceptable.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Able to work with limited supervision and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate and select vehicles that fit their needs.
• Explain vehicle options, financing, and dealership policies clearly.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and negotiate a sale ethically.
• Complete all sales paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Facilitate delivery with vehicle operation and maintenance explanations.
• Stay informed on promotions and financing options.
