Job summary

Kendall Auto Group in Vancouver, WA, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our fast-paced Kendall Ford sales team. You will coach sales staff, close deals, and help set pricing while ensuring policy compliance and excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of dealership sales management experience, a proven track record in automotive sales, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. A valid driver's license is required and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' dealership sales management experience.
• Evenings and weekends schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Coach and support sales staff to grow the department and achieve targets.
• Assist in closing sales and participate in vehicle price negotiations.
• Appraise incoming vehicles and conduct sales meetings and trainings.
• Supervise sales staff to ensure policy and procedure compliance.
• Stock and manage inventory to maintain profitable dealership activity and ensure laws compliance.
• Indoors work with PCs and phone systems; occasional travel; lifting up to 20 lbs.
