Responsibilities

• Lead sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit.
• Set a clear vision and goals for the sales team.
• Engage and motivate the team to meet goals and best-practice processes.
• Drive the business with day-to-day operational involvement.
• Manage negotiation with Sales Associates on pricing options.
• Partner with GM/General Sales Manager to plan inventory.
