Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in B2B or B2C sales, preferably Auto industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customers and colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Manager to develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Proactively reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to generate sales and satisfaction.
• Attend industry events and sales meetings to expand dealership presence.
• Use CRM to track interactions and sales progress; provide strong customer service.
• Stay current with industry news to promote the dealership’s products and services.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth operations and targets.
• Meet or exceed sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
