Job summary

Toyota of Runnemede is seeking multiple Automotive Service BDC Representatives to join our high-volume dealership. You will handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and drive retention through outbound calls daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer-facing service or telephone contact.
• Reliable self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow dealership procedures and provide quality customer service.
• Must have clean and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls following up with customer inquiries and future retention (100 - 200 calls daily).
• Organized and ambitious self-starter with an enthusiastic personality.
• Knowledge of dealership procedures preferred, but not required.
• Provide quality customer service with a professional appearance and communication.
• Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
