You will stay current on vehicle features, assist guests through the sale process, and participate in training that covers road to sale, delivery, and negotiation.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in a commission-based role with monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State driver’s license with satisfactory DMV driving record.
• No experience required; we provide training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests arriving at the dealership.
• Explain features and warranties of vehicles to customers.
• Answer questions about cars, financing, and purchase process.
• Accompany guests on test drives and collect licenses/documentation.
• Negotiate vehicle prices and trade-in values.
• Coordinate with finance to determine financing/ownership options.
• Contact past customers to ensure satisfaction.
