Job summary

Veero Ford & CDJR of Morris is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant who is eager to move into Finance & Insurance (F&I). No prior F&I experience is required, as we provide hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced Finance Manager.

You will continue to sell vehicles while gradually taking on backup F&I duties and increased responsibilities. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of automotive sales experience, a solid grasp of the sales process, and a strong desire to learn

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of automotive sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the vehicle sales process.
• A desire to learn automotive finance and advance your career.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A motivated, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• You will receive hands-on training from our Finance Manager while continuing to sell new and pre-owned vehicles.
• As you develop your skills, you’ll have the opportunity to provide backup F&I coverage and take on additional responsibilities.
