Kunes Auto Group is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant at our Colorado dealership. In this customer-focused role, you’ll help guests find the right new or pre-owned vehicle by building relationships and delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Whether you’re experienced in auto sales or coming from another commission-based field, we provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed and grow within a large, multi-location organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales preferred.
• Commission-based or sales environment experience encouraged.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and guide them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• Build relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right new or pre-owned vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, warranties, and ownership benefits.
• Negotiate and complete vehicle sales professionally.
• Maintain customer relationships through follow-up and repeat business.
• Utilize dealership CRM tools to manage customer communications and sales opportunities.
• Stay current on vehicle inventory, product knowledge, and automotive technology.
• Collaborate with sales managers, finance, and service teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
