Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State Sales License required or ability to obtain one.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive shopping needs.
• Greet customers in showroom and on the lot.
• Build relationships through communication and follow-up.
• Guide customers through the sales process from start to finish.
• Explain vehicle features, warranties, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
• Maintain prospecting and follow-up systems.
• Complete sales paperwork and documentation accurately.
• Stay current on products, promotions, and industry trends.
• Work closely with Sales Managers, Finance, and Service Departments.
• Deliver sold vehicles and ensure customer satisfaction after the sale.
• Support dealership goals and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
