What You'll Do: As an Auto Sales Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the perfect vehicle and ensuring they have an outstanding experience. You'll work with a team of dedicated professionals, supporting customers through every step of the auto-buying process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate the unique value of Hertrich's offerings to potential customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicles to meet those needs
  • Conduct test drives and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles
  • Build relationships and provide a personalized buying experience
  • Maximize profitability with each sale while delivering customer satisfaction
  • Complete paperwork and ensure accurate computer entries
  • Follow up with new and returning customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
