Qualifications

• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers entering the dealership and help select a vehicle that fits their needs.
• Provide timely follow-up and maintain relationships with customers.
• Explain product performance and benefits and describe optional equipment available for purchase.
• Deliver vehicles and ensure customers understand features, warranty, and paperwork to foster loyalty.
• Stay informed about inventory and how features benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel to highlight service quality.
