Hawk Auto Group, a large automotive dealership, is seeking experienced sales consultants in Joliet to join a fast-paced team. You will greet customers, understand their vehicle needs, demonstrate vehicles, and complete the sale with proper paperwork and explanations of warranties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota per dealership standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and strive for customer satisfaction.
• Identify each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including test drives.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranties, and paperwork to customers.
• Attend sales meetings and contribute to strategy and planning.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat business.
• Stay informed about products, features, and benefits for customers.
• Review actions daily/weekly/monthly to improve time use and plans.
