Hawk Auto Group in Joliet, IL is seeking an experienced sales consultant to join our in-person, full-time team. You will identify vehicle needs, demonstrate new and used cars, and guide customers through the purchase process, including warranties and paperwork, to build lasting loyalty.

Success requires excellent communication, ability to meet quotas, and a proactive approach to follow-up and referrals. You will work in a fast-paced dealership environment with weekend shifts and a complete

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid in-state driver's license and safe driving record.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate new and used vehicles (including test drives).
• Deliver vehicles to customers with warranty and paperwork explained.
• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by listening and asking questions.
• Attend sales meetings and report to General Sales Manager.
• Maintain an owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, and benefits to customers.
• Establish personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity.
