Job summary

Transwest Inc in Colorado is seeking an energetic Automotive Sales Representative to sell cars, SUVs, and light-duty trucks. You will receive training with a guaranteed minimum monthly commission during onboarding.

The role offers a full benefits package for eligible employees and a commission-based compensation from $55,000 to $200,000 annually, with potential for high earnings. You will follow up on leads, build relationships, and maintain strong product knowledge across makes and models.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Ability to complete background check and drug screening.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain relationships with customers.
• Establish and qualify new customers.
• Sell new and pre-owned inventory.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
• Maintain above-average customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on all sales leads (phone, walk-ins, internet, referrals).
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets set by management.
• Provide prompt, courteous service to customers.
• Stay familiar with products, programs and dealership policies.
• Cover Front Range customer base.
