Job summary

Classic Collision is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Castle Rock, CO. The role offers $15 - $20 per hour, DOE, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company focused on safety, quality, integrity, and customer care.

As the first impression of Classic Collision's customer experience, you will educate customers on the repair process, coordinate rental and towing services, and support the center through administrative tasks and DRP-related duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Explain and educate customers on repair process and insurance information.
• Coordinate rental car and tow services to provide one-stop service.
• Ensure vehicles are delivered to customers by the service advisor or backup teammate.
• Follow up on DRP assignments to maintain center sales.
• Maintain DRP logbooks and reconcile invoices as applicable.
• Assist with maintaining customer waiting area and comfort items.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required.
