Job summary

Classic Collision in Castle Rock, CO is hiring an automotive refinisher to restore vehicles to pre-accident condition. You will mix colors, apply paints, and follow OEM guidelines under Classic SOPs and insurer requirements.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid Driver's License
• 2-5 years automotive refinishing experience
• I-CAR certification preferred
• Comply with safety requirements and respirator safety

Responsibilities

• Refinish all assigned vehicles to pre-accident condition according to work-order and Classic SOPs.
• Prepare color tint to match paint color; mix paints and ensure formulations meet OEM standards.
• Follow all paint manufacturing guidelines.
• Assist in prep work when necessary.
• Ensure all paint Operations are complete and vehicle is ready for body technician.
• Adhere to hazardous waste disposal and maintain a clean workspace.
