Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Liability Claims Representative for Auto Property Damage with nationwide jurisdiction and remote work options.

You will adjudicate auto property damage claims, negotiate settlements, and communicate with claimants and clients, leveraging a broad network and development opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of claims experience, a High School diploma, and licensing; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims through action plans to timely resolution and determine exposure.
• Negotiating settlement within designated authority.
• Communicating claim activity with the claimant and the client.
• Reporting claims to the excess carrier and responding to directions professionally and timely.
