Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a Claims Representative for auto claims handling in a primarily remote role based in the United States. You will analyze auto and general liability property damage claims, develop plans to meet deadlines, and pursue subrogation opportunities while maintaining strong client relations and clear communications with insured and broker partners.

• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Processes auto and general liability property damage claims and documents files.
• Develops action plans to meet deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and handles salvage disposition.
• Communicates claim actions with insured, client, and broker as appropriate.
• Maintains professional client relations and performs coverage/liability analyses.
• Travelling may be required to support operations and client sites.
