Responsibilities

• Process low level Auto Property Damage claims to determine benefits due.
• Identify subrogation opportunities and negotiate settlements with supervision.
• Analyze and process claims to determine exposure and resolve timely.
• Negotiate settlements within designated authority.
• Communicate claim activity with claimant and client.
• Report claims to excess carrier and respond to directions.
