Job summary

Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking a Claims Representative for Auto | Property Damage in Wisconsin. The role analyzes and processes auto and general liability property damage claims, assesses damages, and ensures accurate documentation and coding per policy. Travel may be required.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, state adjusting licenses, and strong communication, analytical, and teamwork skills to support a quality program and deliver excellent service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Secure and maintain state adjusting licenses as required.
• Familiarity with personal and commercial lines policies and endorsements.
• Ability to review and assess Property Damage estimates, total loss evaluations, and related expenses to negotiate first and third party claims.
• Knowledge of total loss processing and salvage procedures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process auto and general liability property damage claims.
• Assess damage, make payments, and ensure proper documentation and coding.
• Develop action plans to meet deadlines and move files toward resolution.
• Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities and dispose of salvage.
• Communicate claim actions with insured, client, and broker as appropriate.
• Maintain professional client relations and perform coverage, liability, and damage analysis.
