The Warehouse Shipping Supervisor oversees the success and efficiency of the warehouse shipping department. This includes supervising and leading a team of shipping associates. He or she will receive and process customer orders for shipping from the pulling department. They will verify the accuracy of orders and ensure they meet quality standards.

Today, Replacement Parts, Inc. and Crow Burlingame is made up of a corporate staff and several different companies, including Parts Warehouse Inc. (PWI). We employ more than 1,400 employees, in twelve (12) states, working at approximately 220 locations, all operating in the after-market automotive parts, paint and heavy-duty parts business. In 2019, our company celebrated 100 years of serving our communities as a privately held business with most of our employees spending the majority of their working lives as part of the "Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts" family.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of shipping associates.
• Train new and current employees on new or updated processes.
• Receive and process customer orders for shipping from the pulling department.
• Verify accuracy of orders and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Prepare items for shipping by packaging them securely.
• Label packages with appropriate shipping information.
• Inspect products for damage or defects before shipment.
• Report all known issues pertaining to the receipt of product intended to ship.
• Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documents.
• Ensure all shipping documents are accurate and complete.
• Operate shipping equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Computer Skills
