Genuine Parts Company, a leader in automotive parts distribution, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy NAPA store in Winston-Salem, NC. You will drive growth, oversee P&L, and develop a capable team to deliver outstanding customer care and business results.

The ideal candidate has strong retail leadership, a passion for service, experience with inventory controls, and the ability to map out plans that improve store performance while ensuring safety and appearance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer-focused leadership with a track record of driving results.
• Experience in inventory controls and merchandising in retail.
• Ability to operate a cash register and use computer catalogs.
• ASE certifications or automotive knowledge are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
• Lead a team to deliver exceptional customer care and business results.
• Manage P&L and map out store initiatives and business plans.
• Ensure store safety, appearance and asset security.
• Develop and coach crew members to improve performance.
