Job summary

NAPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to supervise daily store operations while maintaining hands-on customer-facing sales responsibilities. You will partner with the Store Manager on inventory health, scheduling, and team performance, coaching staff to uphold service standards and operational accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical or trade school courses or degree completion desired.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn all things automotive.
• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cataloging and inventory systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory, and scheduling; coach team.
• Oversee counter sales, receiving, stocking, and delivery coordination; maintain housekeeping and standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction, sales performance, and operational efficiency; monitor metrics and adjust as needed.
• Provide leadership, training and performance management; mentor successors for advancement.
• Ensure safety, asset protection, and adherence to processes; support continuous improvement initiatives.
