Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a store associate to stock shelves, greet customers, and support the installer area in a busy store.

The role includes assisting customers in locating parts, updating prices, stocking displays, and following planograms. Bilingual Spanish is highly desired. Competitive hourly pay, annual/quarterly incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences and organizational skills.
• Stocking experience preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish or another language is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in locating merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist.
• Check in, price, and stock merchandise.
• Keep display floor fronted, full, and clean daily.
• Make display changes per planograms and pricing guidelines.
• Manage sale signs, flyers, and sale merchandise displays.
• Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
• Coordinate with team and security to deter shoplifting.
• Clock in/out according to policy.
