Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Belgrade, MT is seeking a Parts Specialist who will provide high level service to retail and installer customers, support store management, and assist professional customers as needed.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and performing in‑store services. Fluency in Spanish is highly desired, ASE certification is preferred, and familiarity with automotive parts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly, and professional customer service.
• Must multitask, handling customers on the phone and in-store.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• ASE certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and assist with merchandise selection.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store and quote prices.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Maintain and secure cash drawer and handle transactions.
• Assist with stocking, planograms, and inventory tasks.
• Perform in-store services such as wipers installation and battery testing where allowed.
• Occasional driving of a delivery vehicle if needed.
