O'Reilly Auto Parts, located in Tennessee, seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers and to assist store management. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will greet customers, help select merchandise, manage cash and transactions, process exchanges, resolve complaints, and assist with stock and store operations, including occasional deliveries as business dictates.

Qualifications

• Able to multitask between phone and in-store interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet retail customers and assist in merchandise selection.
• Assist managers and installers in serving professional customers as needed.
• Handle cash, checks and credit card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support stock updates, planogram changes and daily operations.
• Perform in-store services (wipers, batteries, etc.) as trained.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
