Job summary

AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in our store to deliver WOW! Customer Service. You will help customers find the right parts, assist with product selection, and maintain a well-run store environment.

The role emphasizes automotive knowledge, bilingual communication (Spanish and English), and a focus on sales and teamwork. This position is part-time and hourly, with flexibility for mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide automotive advice.
• Collaborate with me/teams to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals and store metrics.
• Restock merchandise and maintain organized inventory.
• Follow proper POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and advise solutions.
