Job summary

B.Y.O.T. Auto Parts is hiring for a full-time in-store position in Texas. You will assist customers, answer questions, manage sales with a friendly attitude, and follow company processes for cash handling and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• Be proficient in automotive part/product identification.
• Must work safely at all times.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture within the store.
• Provide information to customers in person or by phone, answer questions, and assist with test drives and vehicle listings.
• Follow loss prevention, risk control, and cash handling procedures.
• Support housekeeping and site maintenance as needed.
• Identify when customer interaction needs management support.
• Complete sales training and follow the B.Y.O.T. Auto Parts Sales Model.
