Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to support the DIY business, source parts, and provide excellent customer experiences. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to work part time or full time.

Fleet safety certification is preferred. The position emphasizes delivering parts to customers, maintaining inventory accuracy, and using POS and parts lookup systems to locate items.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of successful sales experience in retail.
• Ability to communicate in English; Spanish a plus.
• Comfort with driving and delivering parts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers and phone calls.
• Meet personal sales goals and help store achieve its sales goals.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Maintain store product and operational standards.
• Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
