Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an entry-level Salesperson to support the DIY business and achieve sales and service objectives. The role requires basic automotive knowledge, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to source parts from multiple channels.

Part-time or full-time, with fleet safety certification preferred. The position emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication, and reliable teamwork to help customers install batteries, wipers, and other parts.

Formación

• English proficiency for customer interactions and written communication.

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customers in-store and over the phone.
• Meet personal sales goals and support store sales targets.
• Offer DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacement.
• Maintain store product presentation and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes including stocking, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Keep store clean and organized in all areas, including floors and restrooms.
