You will assist customers in-store and over the phone, perform DIY services like battery installation and wiper installs, and maintain store appearance and inventory accuracy. The role requires strong knowledge of automotive systems, parts lookup, and proficiency with store systems.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in a retail auto parts setting.
• Ability to understand automotive systems and parts knowledge.
• Familiarity with store systems and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs
