Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide GAS2 selling experience and expert parts knowledge for DIY customers. You will work with store systems, assist with advanced automotive services, and source from various channels, including special orders.

Experience in automotive parts and sales is required; ASE certification is preferred and a valid driver's license is expected. This full-time role requires availability on days, evenings, and weekends, with a focus on customer service

Qualifications

3-5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
Must have valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts lookup.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel is required.

Responsabilités

Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
