Job summary

Classic Collision Eastvale Repair Center is seeking an Auto Parts Coordinator to verify, tag, distribute and track parts to support timely vehicle repairs. You will help ensure parts are available when needed and collaborate with technicians to keep workflows efficient.

You must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, strong communication and organization, and basic parts knowledge. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• Clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Strong organizational skills.
• General parts knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify and distribute parts in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
• Check in, tag, and distribute parts upon receipt or by 9am for overnight deliveries.
• Verify correct parts with mirror match.
• Distribute parts to carts/containers and deliver to workstations.
• Post and scan parts and manage credits/backorders.
• Track incomplete orders and follow up as needed.
• Complete parts hot runs as necessary.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
